Motion Graphics

A kinetic type project that I worked on for a final project. I had to edit the song down in order to meet my deadline. A large part of me wanted to animate the entire song, but deep down I think I'd rather spend 40+ hours working on something short and awesome than something long and decent.

My final for the 5 Rainbows studio logo. This was my first paid commission piece. The creator of the Studio, Tauyna Gren, was very happy with how it turned out.

This is a project I worked on to beef up my demo reel. I really wanted to create an opening sequence for The Hobbit that brought out the child-like plot of the book. I understand that the movie opening was filmed the way it was to bring the connection between it and LOTR, but the books were very different. So here is my animated opening sequence for The Hobbit.
